Meet Rob Grieve.
As many of us know it's never a fun time when your car needs repairs. It's often a hold your breath and wait for the shoe to drop moment. Is the repair center going to find a laundry list of repairs needed with an accompanying hefty price tag? Can you trust their recommendations? I think no one has ever gone to a repair center and said this was an easy, simple, trustworthy repair process.
Until now... Which is why Rob is our hero of the month!
At Nylund’s, the day starts and ends with this mantra: “If it’s not perfect… It’s not leaving.”
Their stance is 100% guided by Rob’s to-the-bone belief that the GUEST is our #1 purpose - and this position has earned the shop many awards and much national recognition.
We had the pleasure of working with Rob and his team and it's an experience we will not soon forget. He and his team simply take service and car repair to a commendable level. When you find good people they should be celebrated for the brightness they bring in the world. That is why Rob is our community hero of the month! Here is a mini interview we did with Rob on his why he does what he does and how.

Thanks for taking the time to speak with us.
❓Question: Why do you do what you do Rob?
Rob: I want to protect the motoring public from insurance companies and body shops that do not have their best interest at heart ❤️. I do this by providing truly safe repairs guided by the vehicle manufacturer’s written procedures, parts, materials and equipment.
❓Question: Which community members do you serve?
Rob: Anyone who is genuinely interested in the proper and safest repair🔧, instead of the least expensive or fastest repair.
❓Question What's a fun or interesting fact about Nylund's Collision?
Rob: Did you know Nylund’s Collision Center is the only winner (among nearly 700 local body shops) of the annual 🎉 Denver A-List competition for Best Body Shop since the inception of the category in 2011? We are also the first shop in the country to be awarded the coveted Lexus Authorized Collision Center distinction. We worked hard for this distinction I am truly humbled and honored.
Nylund’s is known all across America as being a shop that refuses to cut corners on a proper repair to facilitate insurance companies boosting their profit margins at the guest’s expense.
